Learning Environment
I believe that every child learns at their own pace and in different ways, so it is important to create an environment that supports each child's unique strengths and needs.

Play
Play! Through play, children develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills that build the foundation for future success. Meaningful play experiences allow children to explore, problem-solve, and develop a love for learning.

Family Support
I believe that strong partnerships between families and educators help benefit the child with consistent support, encouragement, and learning opportunities both at home and in the classroom.
As an early childhood professional, I can advocate for inclusive learning environments, equitable educational opportunities, and resources that support children and families. By speaking up for the needs of young children and promoting access to quality early learning programs, I can help create positive change that supports children's development and future success.
We may not be able to prepare the future for our children, but we can at least prepare our children for the future.
