I believe that every child can learn and be successful when they are given support, encouragement, and opportunities to grow. This belief comes from my experience as a pre-K teacher and from what I have learned about child development through my education. I have learned that every child develops at their own pace and comes to the classroom with different strengths, backgrounds, and ways of learning. NAEYC supports developmentally appropriate practices that recognize and respect these individual differences.

This belief shapes my teaching by encouraging me to create a classroom where every child feels valued, included, and capable of learning. In the future, I will continue to use different teaching strategies and provide individualized support to help each child reach their full potential.
