I believe families are a child's first and most important teachers. This belief comes from my experience working with children and families and from research showing that family involvement supports children's success. I have learned that when families and educators work together, children benefit.

This belief guides my practice by encouraging open communication, family involvement, and respect for each family's unique background. In the future, I will continue building strong partnerships with families to support children's growth and development.
